This book was not what I expected and turned much of what I thought I knew upside down and sideways. Frankly, I am not sure what I was expecting when I started reading A. Vaz's book, The Everything Bible: Revealing Origin and End of Nothing, but whatever I was expecting was blown away. I have to say this was one of the more complex and thought provoking books I have read.I consider myself a spiritual person although I don't identify with any particular church or philosophical system. Over the years I'd found truth in the words of Buddah, Christ, other spiritual writers, to include Khalil Gibran. However, none of what I read had the ring of complete truth for me. I suppose I had come to peace with the understanding that there were certain things I as a fallible human-being just would never know for certain. Thus, I thought this would be an interesting read but didn't hold out any particular hope it would actually deliver truth in any form. Yet, what I found in this book were thought provoking ideas and concepts about religion, science, and human nature I did not expect. Is this book the complete answer? Can I now say I know what the answer to all my questions are? No, but I can say that I feel like my questions may have answers when before I had given up hope of any answers.
The author, A. Vaz, has made it his life's mission to seek answers to questions we all have and now has started to write down and explain what he found and what he believes his search has taught him. In retrospect, I am still not sure what I think about all I read in this volume. It is, after all, a lot to take in and people have struggled with some of these epic issues since recorded history began. Yet the explanations and the ideas that are discussed and explained in this book have brought me closer to clarity. That alone made the book worth reading. I certainly will continue reading A. Vaz's work as it is published to see where his thoughts and ideas are going.
In the end I have to say I recommend this book to anyone who wants to think about the larger issues of life and existence.

I grew up in a Christian home, and I was really excited to come across this book that would exemplify what I learned then. Not only did it do that, but it also helped me step back and take a look on how I had gotten to the belief system that I had. What information and learning had made my belief in God so strong? A.Vaz wrote an intelligent and surprisingly easy read which I would suggest to anyone who is trying to figure things out. The book is riveting in the fact that you want to keep learning more, and I will surely look at other works by this author. Thanks for a great read!
As a son of an evangelic baptist minister I have often been torn by science and religion. Finally, a well thought and written book that simply ran circles around other books I have read on this topic.
The author is magically compelling with convincing truths. His solidified faith bleeds out on the pages gently persuading you the reader to investigate your own thoughts and beliefs, and most importantly the history of how you may have arrived at them. I was very pleased that I was able to absorb all of this without one ounce of fire and brimstone preaching. The book at times may have been out of my comfort zone for a smooth level of reading, but in many regards that kept me challenged to learn more. It really was a privilege to read this well defined and explained book about "Everything".
